Ma forgot to mention that the wind was gusting at about 45Knots (Force 8 ) when Dod got the kite up and would no doubt have gained a large amount of unwanted air if he’d held on to the bar. Good test of the kite’s safety system I say.

I believe the Bognor Rocks are several rungs above the Chichester & West Sussex Sunday Football League Division 3, where Six Villages United reside.
Another classic Sunday league football game yesterday. Pouring with rain, pitch like a swamp and everyone epically muddy. It was a big game too: the cup semi-final, and we won! Apparently the final will be played at the home of the legendary Bognor Rocks, which I imagine is almost as impressive as the new Wembley.
