saw shrek 2 last night with t and j. we had booked tickets but jul insisted that we leave only 20mins before the start so we got crappy seats at the front. My neck hasn’t recovered yet!
not a bad film. some good jokes and the occasional tired one. too much singing i thought. The pepper spray was probably the best bit. packed with british actors too. cleese and saunders.
got back about 10 last night. the installation didn’t go as smoothly as we’ve liked so we stayed in nottingham til 5.30 in the end.
To add to the stress i had been transfered to the hilton hotel as park plaza had overbooked! I thought that this was a bit of bunce for me, but no. the hilton was rubbish! I had to have a club sandwich on room service to calm me down;-) and to cap it all i had to help myself to breakfast! Shocking.
I was in Nottingham yesterday. Stayed the night in a plush hotel before doing a spot of “consulting”. I thieved a shower cap for jul, but he didn’t seem to want it.
Further consulting required on thursday. It’s all very exciting.
