i believe i had a heart palpitation this morning. I assume it was caffine related, but i had had only three large mugs of tea. I also ate a small quantity of haribo snakes, though i can’t believe they are a factor! I might bring some glug leaves in to work for variety and lower my caffine intake.

Quite possibly, it is down to lack of exercise!

Well, Dod n Ma set off today. I dropped them off at Woking station with about 4 hours to kill before their bus.
