though a good resemblance, I believe that that that is a dodman toe impersonator. They are pretty convincing, but not knarly enough!
Maza has suggested my large toenail is not as sightly as it used to me. She claims the curvature has changed due to thickening. It looks perfectly okay to me, if slightly discoloured:
