All cure

I believe you have a small phial of tapioca or manioc powder in your ‘on the road’ pharmacy which may be just what the doctor ordered.

Is eating pawpaw seeds some sort of generic folk remedy? I understood it was to belay worm infestation, at no more than five seeds a day!

On the art front, I’m waiting to be ‘discovered’.

thanks for the e-mail mama! i will recomend the “method” to annika as an all cure!

yo! well we have been in kuta for a few days now. we decided to stay in a more plesent place for an increase i price.unfortunatly the weather was a bit manky and annika has some sort of stomac bug, which i gather from the sounds of pain to be quite fun! at one point i went to the supermarket at annika’s request and got a massive pawpaw. the size of two footballs. we hacked into it and gorged on the fruit, very nice! annika ate spoonfulls of the diseased seeds gagging on the taste. and possibly she had to many as they had little effect on the stomac problem.possible becouse we consumed a rich meal afterwoulds. now she is eating only dry biscuits and water, and i am having trouble with solidatirity. weather is very hot now and we went to the beach, but not for to long, as we lean from our painful mistakes!

liv: the milk baths cost an ingot of gold. but apparently feels like eating a small slice of heaven pie! annika certainly looks very happy upon emerging, and regails me with tales of how nice the massage and and bath and the small bits of fruit they give her, are.

dod: did you feel the urge to have another installation? when we were in ubud we decided to check out the world famous neka art musium.it was a bit dull and most of it was a bit crap and frankly my eyes were burning and my back was on fire by the end. though there were a few nice ones to tell the truth. at one point we came upon a building entirely dedicated to a artiste of the name of arie smitd or something. god’s blood, he was crap! apparently he had donated the festering doubs (presumably ‘cos he couldn’t sell them) and the lined every wall. what took the biscuit was the enscriptions beside each picture which told us exactly how we should feel when viewing the “piece”. as i have leant there is nothing quite as inspiring as seeing some really crap art. it makes you feel a quality artist as your medeoke skatches far supasse this celerbrated artist’s work.and you feel the urge to produce something in a sort of protest against it. or something. a chappy wrote that if you want to be an author you have to read everything with either a burning envy or laughing disdane. i presume this applies to art as well.

Arundel gallery trail

We’ve just got back from cycling to Arundel via the Downs and and home via Climping beach, where the tide was right out and swimming impossible. The gallery trail was more exhausting than the cycling. At one point, I lost Mama, and asked one of the artists if he had seen her. He suggested this was my big chance (presumably to scarper)!

None of the art was particularly inspiring; but there were some lovely houses.

England collapsed to lose the cricket in a typically abject manner.
