What is SEA???

Can you help?
I’m hoping to get a digital camera for my birthday, around about 150 quid. No more than 200.
What can you suggest?
I hear Olympus are pretty good! Don’t want a sony because all the bits have to be highly expensive sony material. Will be getting it in Singapore or NZ duty free!
