Thankfully mine haven’t started to break and are equally grippy. a little tight round the toes what with them being a size 9, but otherwise great.

Well the neww astro turf training shoes were rather epic tonight. I looked like a true fashion disaster though with glowing white trainers + free go faster red streak, blue socks, and blue shirt…..
I actually managed to stay upright for more than 30 seconds though which I considered to be an epic achievement!
The only drawback: after just one outing, the stitching on my new demon shoes as already started to come out…

I think i’m gonna go with the train option. i’ll buy my single today, but i’ll let you (JUL) buy the return bit.

Well, the plan is we five go up in Bertie on Saturday. If you come on Tuesday evening by train on a return ticket, Jul can use it to get back on Friday and you can come back with us in Bertie on Saturday. If you drive up, we’ll return in Bertie with Jul on Friday, and you drive back with T and G on Saturday. Claro?

The only downside of having only Bertie up there is getting around on the two days when there are six of us. The downside of you driving is it’s a hell of a hike on Tuesday evening after a long day’s work, it costs more and … er … that’s it.
