indeed, it was a touch foolhardy but i felt some wierd energy influx. As Tan suggests it might have something to do with the complete lack of exercise in the last few months apart from the occasional half hearted 20 push ups on the odd morning. As it turned out i did follow it up with a small tot of rum and a hearty meal with Alex and his girlfriend in yokohama. I often head down there on a weekend or Alex pops up to my neck of the woods. It was his birthday last tuesday and as i dont recall the night completely im pretty sure it added to my physical downfall.

Im glad to hear the snortlets are keeping you on the go Tan! I am currently considering tooling back around Xmas for a spell, utilizing a small percentage of my Catholic windfall. 🙂 I’ll keep you posted.
