If you look at her postion, she could be in a hammock, which might help explain why humans find them so comfortable. I haven’t managed to climb into our outdoor hammock yet this year, but cats clearly need no excuse for this sort of thing.

it was a bit strange. hardly anyone was batting a eyelid. commuters seem to have a zombie-like autopilot – it takes a lot to divert them.
