Malta

Wasn’t terribly impressed with Malta after my first couple days seeing as there was nothing there!!! I require epic theme parks and gereral excitements but the sights seemed to be a churches and um… stray cats.

However once you understand that it’s not a place for sight seeing and head down to one of the quality beaches, snorkel and swim with shoals of pretty fishes and chill out with a tasty Sasha then it ends up being well worth the effort and at only £345 for two for breakfast, dinner, hotel, flights, transfers well worth the money. And my usual MJ-like white as milk skin has gone all tanndified! Happy Tom 🙂

Hello

We’re in Malta in a very hot sunny and not especially interesting island. It has beaches but instead of sand they have hard “moon rock” so as to cause pain unto the foot area and make swimming unadvisable.

I have managed to get fairly sunburnt and eat lots of English food which is practically all they have here. The hotel serves Brit school dinner type food to the standard of private schools rather than standard though – i.e slightly better.
Malta is very full of people and increbidly busy. It has interesting buildings if you are the sort of dullard who wishes to look at buildings. There is very little greenery sadly.

We have had a fairly quality trip however to a tiny island with a Blue Lagoon which one could swim and snorkal in.

Nicky please call my mum and dad and tell them to go onto the internet and read this as they will probably be interested.
(I shall be back on Sunday and am driving from Sasha’s house)

yoiks!

In case you haven’t noticed my messages are so interesting, well written, hilarious and gererally great that I blog them three times.
The blog thing wasn’t working yesterday and earlier today it said error every time I tried – except it still sent it.
I may attempt to blog from Malta….

My turn now!

Greetings Minions!

I think it is high time I went off on holiday somewhere nice with a babe so… Sasha and I are going to Malta for a week. On Saturday.

We got breakfast and dinner in a hotel with transfers and flights for £170. Not bad really.

Adios!

Amusement

On a rare and rather brief visit from my sister I happened to show her the picture of Jul and Annika. Guess who this is I said, pointing at the pic?
“I don’t know who that woman on the right is but is the girl on her left her daughter – she looks about eight” was her reply.
I have tested her sanity chip and must blame the malfunction on her brain as a whole. I took her to the hospital and apparentally she’ll be fine and we can pick her up in a week or so.
Strangeness….!?!

Slightly says…

Have just come back from Norfolk and visit to granny’s. Met my auntie’s boyfriend who is 72 – she is aoubt 40. Actually he was a darn decent bloke. Also I narrowly failed to qualify for the secret service on secretservicetest.co.uk scoring as I did 67%. Second I time I got 76% but that is just cheating.
Liv I hope this thing about Big Brother is one big crap joke because surely you aren’t dumb enough to like that bile. I have to confess to having watched bits in the past but not in a particularly dedicated or interested way. Please explain what it is you like about it! I really want to know.

Hey Nicky, I would check your fiver from Ford Market if I were you to make sure it’s not a fake.

I’d like to end by saying how much I detest Tan, Geoff, Jul and Annika for being thousands of miles away on holiday in an interesting country while I spend my time taking lunatics on shopping trips around Bognor Regis.
